BuildMonk.in is owned and operated by Yespea Growthmedia. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to this business. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases of digital products, together with the applicable product description, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
We sell digital products, including ebooks, educational resources, video collections and Notion templates. Each product page describes the included resources, format and platform requirements. Physical goods, personalised services or subscriptions are included only when expressly stated.
You can purchase without creating an account. Provide an accurate email address at checkout, as order confirmations and delivery information may be sent there. Contact us if you entered an incorrect email. You must have legal capacity to purchase or appropriate parent or guardian authorisation where required.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes or additional charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed through the third-party payment provider available at checkout, subject to that provider’s applicable terms. Prices and offers may change for future purchases without affecting an existing confirmed order. If an error prevents fulfilment of a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Following successful payment confirmation, products are delivered through download links, access links or template links as described on the product page. Delivery may be delayed by payment verification or technical issues. If you do not receive your product, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number and purchase email. No physical shipping applies.
Purchasing a product grants the usage rights stated in its description or included licence; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload or share purchased files or access links, or claim authorship. Commercial, client and team usage is allowed only where the relevant licence permits it. Links to third-party content do not grant permission to reproduce that content.
Products may require platforms such as Notion or include links to Instagram and other services. These platforms may change their availability, features, fees or terms. Required accounts or subscriptions are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Contact us if a platform change materially affects access to a purchased product. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
Educational products provide information and practical guidance, without guaranteeing audience growth, advertising performance, sales or income. Results depend on implementation, experience, audience, offer and market conditions. Content does not replace personalised legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
All products are digital. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind after purchase. If payment succeeded but you did not receive the product, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact info@buildmonk.in with your order number and payment details. We will investigate, restore delivery where possible and reverse verified duplicate charges. Our Refund Policy provides further details. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies required by applicable consumer law, including for unresolved non-delivery, defective products or material differences from the product description.
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, subject to applicable law and your rights relating to paid purchases.
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing and protection of personal information. BuildMonk will use Meta Pixel for conversion measurement associated with Facebook and Instagram advertisements. Once enabled, it may send website events such as product views, cart additions and purchases, online identifiers and device/browser information to Meta. The Privacy Policy describes this processing and applicable choices. Accepting these Terms or purchasing a product does not itself constitute consent to optional advertising tracking or promotional email or WhatsApp messages.
We take reasonable care in providing our website and products, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website or third-party availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing excludes liability or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms and display a revised date. Updates apply prospectively. Your purchase remains subject to the terms applicable when you ordered, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts and consumer authorities.
