BuildMonk.in is owned and operated by Yespea Growthmedia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, purchase digital products, contact us, or subscribe to marketing. Contact: info@buildmonk.in.
We collect information necessary for your purchase and support, including your name, email, billing details, order information and payment status. If requested or voluntarily provided, we also collect your phone number. Support messages and attachments may be retained to resolve enquiries. Server logs and essential cookies may record IP addresses, device and browser information, and checkout activity. Guest checkout does not require an account.
We use information to process orders, deliver digital files or access links, provide support, investigate payment issues, maintain required records, and protect the website. With appropriate consent where required, we may send promotional emails and, if introduced, WhatsApp messages. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. BuildMonk will use Meta Pixel to measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Once enabled, it may share website events such as product views, additions to the cart and purchases, along with online identifiers and device/browser information, with Meta. This is advertising measurement even though we do not use a separate analytics service. Meta processes received information under its own privacy and cookie policies.

Relevant information is shared with service providers needed for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, support and, where used, marketing. When Meta Pixel is enabled, Meta receives the information described above. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Our website hosting server is located in India. Other providers, including Meta and communication services, may process information outside India; India-based hosting does not mean every provider keeps all data in India. Applicable transfer requirements will be followed.
