Refund Policy

1. Digital purchases

BuildMonk.in sells digital products, including ebooks, templates, and downloadable resources.

Because these products are supplied digitally, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind after purchase. Please review the product description, included resources, and platform requirements before ordering.

2. Product not received

If your payment was successful but you have not received your product or access link:

Check your inbox and spam or promotions folders.
Confirm the email address entered at checkout.
Email info@buildmonk.in with your order number and payment confirmation.

We will verify your purchase and help restore delivery or access. If we cannot fulfil the purchase, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

3. Duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, send us your order number and the relevant transaction references.

Once a duplicate charge is verified, the extra payment will be refunded to the original payment method. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on your bank and payment provider.

4. Product or access problems

If a file is corrupted, an access link does not work, or the product materially differs from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

A brief description of the issue.
Relevant payment references or screenshots, if available.

Do not send card details, passwords, or OTPs.

We typically respond within a few hours. Please allow up to 24–48 hours during busy periods. This is the response timeframe; resolution and bank processing may take longer.
